Dray Carson-Hruby is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in strategic business development, operations, business systems, sales, recruiting, marketing, public speaking, and consulting.
She began her career as a financial advisor, becoming a top producer and Managing Partner for a Phoenix based, full financial planning firm.
Dray then co-founded a private equity firm where she was VP of Investor Relations and Operations.
In 2009 she launched Carson Connections, consulting for small to mid-size business owners, focusing on strategic business development and simplifying business systems, to significantly improve productivity and profitability.
In 2013 Dray expanding her advising to include outsourcing solutions for Human Resources, through the services of G&A Partners, creating a more streamline approach to managing HR administration and payroll.
In 2015 Dray and her daughter Sasha started Bag of Change™, creating products- with-a-purpose; dedicated to the rescue & recovery efforts of kids freed from Human Trafficking in the USA.
Additionally, she handles operations for, and is partnered with, Trep Media Group, a premium digital-first publisher representing a portfolio of owned and operated digital publications, podcasts and social properties that distribute content for driven millennials in the entrepreneurial, creator lifestyle and influence markets.
Dray serves as the Executive Administrator with her husband, Dr. Steve Hruby, at KaiZen Medical Group, their family-owned medical clinic that provides a variety of services, to improve the overall functionality, mobility and energy levels of the body. Board-certified & experienced physicians, PA’s, chiropractors and healthcare professionals work together to connect patients with three areas of health: rehabilitation, regenerative and preventative care.
